This first series PC-7, N996GL has been originally designed as a military trainer. This airplane, bearing the construction number 101, has been introduced in 1978 and completed its maiden flight on 18 August. Several air forces around the world, first and foremost the Swiss Air Force, selected the PC-7 to train professional military pilots because of the aircraft's capability to cover all aspects of basic training incl. aerobatics, tactical, instrument and night flying. The majority of 500 aircraft, designed and manufactured in Switzerland, is still in service today. However, there are only handful of these machines on the market. • Only 20 hrs since Hot Section Inspection performed by RUAG Aviation in July 2018 • Maintained by RUAG Aviation, Switzerland • All SB up to date • Always hangared • Excellent condition, no damage history. |
