There is a 90 litre auxiliary CASA /FAA approved auxiliary fuel system which is available when required. This takes the total fuel capacity to 397 litres. A long range trip which we took was Mareba airport to Ayers Rock, arrival with 100 litres left on arrival. Refiil and proceed to Esperance, Western Australia. Arrival with 100 litres still in main tanks. This provides a substantial IFR fuel reserve. New Battery ( $ 3,000 ) recently installed. This aircraft has been owned by the same owner since 2014. It has served as support to a Queensland based marine surveying business. Reggie as he is known by cruises at 165 to 170 knots with an economical fuel burn of approximately 46 litres per hour. This aircraft offers a great aviation investment as a personal or a syndicate purchase. It has been upgraded to be able to operate in all flying conditions.
